Searching
To view products click on the categories on the left-hand menu or do a search by typing an artist's name or a product title into the search field (above the Categories) and click on Go. NOTE: Although the search facility is not case-sensitive, it will find only exact matches of words, phrases and spelling. So it's best to keep your search terms simple, preferably one or two words. Do not use quotation marks, or plus/minus signs etc. as this will result in errors. Multiple listing of a product in search results simply means that it is in more than one category in the site.

How to order
You must have cookies enabled in your web browser to use our shopping cart. The cookie keeps you connected to the server during your session but the website will "timeout" after about 20 minutes if there is no activity.

When you want to choose a product click on the "Add To Cart" button. You will be given the option of making changes to your order before you complete it. When you've finished making all your selections click on the Checkout button and follow the instructions. If you get to Step 2 of the ordering process (where you enter payment details) and you want to change your order you can click on "View Cart" to do so. HOWEVER, after you have made the changes and updated your order, you will need to re-enter your contact and shipping details at the Checkout.

Shortly after you've placed your order you will receive an automatically generated email to confirm that the order has been sent. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact us. If you inadvertently place an order more than once, or unintentionally order multiples of a product, don't worry!  We check all orders (including checking for duplicates) before processing and will contact you if we need to clarify anything.

Payment and Currency Conversion
Payment can be made by American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard or Visa. Customers in Australia can also choose to pay by cheque or money order. If you are not in Australia and you want a guide as to how much you'll pay in your currency, go to the Currency Converter . The actual exchange rates and conversion fees will be those used by your credit card provider or bank. The link to the currency converter is available at the top of each page.

Stock Availability
Whilst we make every endeavour to maintain stock of each item listed, we cannot guarantee it. For example, on the same day you place an order for something, someone else might have bought the last one we had! If you do order an item that is out of stock we will contact you and let you know how long it is likely to be before we can supply it.

Shipping Information
If all items you have ordered are in stock we usually process and post orders within three business days (mostly same day!) except if you are in Australia and have chosen to pay by cheque or money order, in which case we will not process the order until payment has been received. The option to pay by cheque or money order is not available for overseas orders.

Australian orders are sent by Parcel Post or Express Post, according to what you select on Checkout. Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail. When you get to the Checkout order form, select the shipping cost that applies to your order. If your order is a mixture of products (eg, CDs and videos, CDs and DVDs) please select the nearest shipping item and we will confirm the correct amount with you.

Shipping charges vary according to your location. They will appear when you select the shipping method in the order form. As a guide, some of our current rates, in Australian dollars, are as follows (CD rates shown, other product rates vary):

Australia – Parcel Post: 1 CD $4.00; 2-3 CDs $7.00; 4 or more CDs $10.00

Australia – Express Post: 1-4 CDs $8.00; 5 or more CDs $11.00

New Zealand (Zone A) – 1 CD $5.00; 2-3 CDs $11.00; 4-6 CDs $15.00; 7-10 CDs $18.00

Asia/Pacific (Zone B) – 1 CD $5.00; 2-3 CDs $14.00; 4-6 CDs $18.00; 7-10 CDs $22.00

USA/Canada (Zone C) – 1 CD $7.00; 2-3 CDs $16.00; 4-6 CDs $21.00; 7-10 CDs $27.00

UK/Europe/Rest of World (Zone D) – 1 CD $7.00; 2-3 CDs $19.00; 4-6 CDs $26.00; 7-10 CDs $33.00

PLEASE NOTE that for shipping purposes most double and triple CD sets (depending on their packaging) count as two or three CDs and will be charged according to their weight category. If you have any questions about shipping please contact us.

Import Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the government of your country on shipments from Australia. We cannot reasonably ascertain these when you purchase goods from our website. We therefore recommend that you obtain the relevant information from the customs authority in your country. Please note that we are required to place a customs declaration on all goods shipped, disclosing the correct monetary value of the contents in Australian currency.

No Second-Hand Products
Everything we sell is new. Some products, however, including many of the CDs and DVDs made in Australia, are not shrink-wrapped or sealed by the manufacturers.

Returns Policy
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced with stock of the same item, or the purchase amount including original shipping and handling costs will be refunded, providing the faulty product is returned to us within 10 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund in the event of abuse of the returns policy.

Privacy Policy
We will not provide your contact details or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must co-operate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. We may post information to you occasionally about our company and its activities, which you can opt out of at any time. We may share aggregate information about our customers for marketing purposes and to improve our services. However, such information will show sales and website usage as a whole rather than on an individual basis and cannot be used to individually identify you.

Other Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove products and prices, and the provisions of our policies, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We accept no responsibility for the content, reliability or privacy practices of any other websites that may be linked from or to our site.
