Product Description:
Philip Quast is one of Australia's most highly acclaimed and best-loved performers, having enjoyed great success in Australia and the UK. He is the winner of three Olivier Awards, two Sydney Critics Awards and two Mo Awards. His stage credits are too numerous to list here, but Australian highlights include his performances in Les Miserables, The Secret Garden and Into The Woods. In the West End his credits include The Hunting Of The Snark, St Joan, The Fix and Sunday In The Park With George. In addition to his many film and television roles, Philip is well known for his antics on the hugely popular Australian children's television show Playschool. Now fans can enjoy Philip's first solo CD, recorded live at the Donmar Warehouse in London in August 2002, with the remarkable Jason Robert Brown as Musical Director. The album features an eclectic mix of material including first-time recordings of new songs by Stephen Schwartz, Frank Wildhorn, Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty and Jason Robert Brown.
