Product Description:
The first Australian entertainer to present a show on the music of legendary French singer Charles Aznavour.
Milko was born in Mauritius and made his stage debut with a French theatre company touring Mauritius in 1978. During that season, Milko participated in the world premiere of the only Mauritian Operetta "SURCOUF", named after the French pirate Robert Surcouf.
In the following years, Milko was a regular performer at cabaret venues, hotels and resorts and on Mauritian television. He also produced a number of shows for stage and television and worked for a year and a half as a freelance radio producer.
In 2006, Milko made his international debut in the USA performing his cabaret show, Aznavour...From Today, at The Manor in New York.
Since working in Sydney's club circuit, Milko has collected two nominations at the Australian Mo Awards and has emerged as one of the leading ambassadors of French popular music in Australia.
